If I miss an event and cancel my tickets, can I dispute for non-receipt?

If the event is scheduled as planned and the merchant is willing and able to provide the service, dispute rights don’t apply under non-receipt. If you cancelled the tickets, the merchant’s cancellation and/or refund policy would apply. If you purchased services/tickets through third-party resale sites, their refund policy would apply.
