I signed up for Pay Yourself First or Savings Finder, why don’t I see any transactions yet?
After you sign up, the smart savings tool will check your transaction history for income, expenses, and bill payments to figure out the right amount that can be moved to your savings account. When it's not the right time to move the money, the tool may not transfer any money.
If you just opened a new chequing account, it may take up to 90 days to view your transactions. The smart savings tool needs time to gather enough information about your finances before it can determine when to save.
You can find more information on when transfers will happen for existing chequing accounts here.
