I made a mistake when paying my bill. How do I fix it?

If you notice the mistake before 8:30 pm ET on the same day you paid the bill, you can delete the payment online:

  1. From your Accounts page, select Bill Payments
  2. Select Upcoming Activities
  3. Delete the incorrect bill payment

You can then set up a new bill payment for the correct amount.
