I don’t want my pre-authorized credit card and line of credit payments to be held. How can I make sure the funds are available immediately?
Automated payments made from another financial institution will be placed on hold for up to 5 business days.
To avoid the hold period, you can change the pre-authorized/AutoPay amount to come from a Scotiabank bank account.
