Scotiabank is working with The Casa Company Inc. (“Casa”), a merchant that connects renters and property managers, to enable clients to pay rent using a credit card.

The ScotiaGold Passport Visa is the exclusive credit card that earns Scene+ points on eligible rent, condo, and housing-related recurring bill payments made with the card through the Casa platform, provided an additional spend of $350 in purchases is made on the card in the same month. Casa will also waive its transaction fees on eligible payments made with this card only.

Existing cardholders can use the card on the platform and new clients can apply for the card online by accessing a URL available through the Casa platform.
