How do I update my phone number to make sure I continue to get 2-step verification codes?

It’s important to keep your phone number updated to protect your accounts with 2-step verification.
To update your phone number on your web browser:
- Sign in to online banking and select Manage my accounts
- Select Security and passwords, then Update security verification method, then Update verification method
- Select Update your phone number
- Select Edit mobile number
- Enter your phone number to receive verification codes
- Get a text message or phone call with your verification code
- Enter the verification code online, then select Complete set up
- Select Continue
You can also update your phone number when you're not signed in to online banking. Here’s how:
- Select Need help signing in? on the sign in page
- Select I am not getting 2-step verification (2SV) text messages
- Select Continue at the context setting page
- Enter username at the next page
- Answer the security questions successfully
- Enter your phone number to receive verification codes
- Get a text message or phone call with your verification code
- Enter the verification code
- Select Continue
