To remove someone from your favourite Interac e-Transfer contacts, tap the star icon next to their name.

You can do this in your Scotiabank app while you’re creating an e-Transfer, adding a new Interac e-Transfer contact, or from the Contact details (under Manage contacts in the Manage tab of Interac e-Transfer).
