Once you download the Scotiabank app, here’s what you’ll need to sign in:

Your ScotiaCard number or username: Your ScotiaCard number is the 16-digit number on the front of your Scotiabank debit card. If you previously created a username to sign in to Scotiabank online or mobile banking, you can use that instead.
Your password: Use the same password that you currently use to sign in to online and mobile banking. Your password is 8-32 characters long, contains one upper and one lowercase letter, and contains at least one number.

Here are a few things to know about your password:

If you already use Scotia OnLine, you can use the same password to sign in to the app
If you have never used Scotia OnLine, start by tapping Activate Now in the Activate Online & Mobile Banking section on the login page
If you have a password but don't remember it, tap Forgot your username or password? on the login page and follow the instructions
