How do I set up users for the multiuser Tax Filing service?
When enrolment is complete, the administrator will receive two emails from [donotreply@can-act.com]. One will have the Payment Filing Service (PFS) ID; the other will have the temporary password. The administrator will be prompted to change your password upon logging in. Once the administrator has logged in, they will have access to setup the company profile and add at least one other user.
- Click Add user
- Fill in user details in all the starred (*) fields
- Click Next
- Verify the data and click Submit. The next page will confirm the details
Note: Admins do not have the functionality of making or approving payments.
