There are several types of goals to choose from. You can set up retirement, home ownership, education, major purchase, emergency fund, and custom goals.

To set up a goal, access the Scotia Smart Investor dashboard in the app, then:

1. Tap Goals
2. Tap Set up goals
3. Input goal details
4. Link one or more investment accounts to your goal

Review the goal status and projection and decide if you want to make changes. You can make changes to your plan at any time.
