To set up AutoPay:
- From the home page, select your eligible credit card or line of credit account
- Select Account settings in the side navigation menu, then Payments and transfers
- Select the Manage link next to AutoPay
- Choose to pay your credit card from a Scotiabank account or an external bank account
- Choose whether you'll pay the full statement balance or total minimum payment every month on your statement date
- Review and agree to the Terms and Conditions, then select Confirm
If you’re paying your Scotiabank credit card from another bank account, you'll need to provide the institution number, transit number, and account number for this account.
Only the sole account owner on a Scotiabank American Express credit card, Scotiabank Visa credit card, or Scotiabank line of credit can set up AutoPay. It cannot be a joint account. Scotiabank Mastercard customers are not eligible at this time.
