Here's how to request money from a contact using Interac:

1. Select Move money from the main navigation bar, then Interac e-Transfer
2. Select Request Interac e-Transfer
3. Select the contact you’re requesting money from
4. Select the account you want to deposit the transfer to
5. Enter the amount of the transfer
6. Select Continue to complete the transaction
