How do I request a stop payment?
To request a stop payment:
- From your Accounts page, select your chequing account
- Go to Account details and select Additional Services
- Select Request to stop a payment
- Select the type of payment (PAD or cheque)
- Select the account the payment is coming from
- Enter the cheque or merchant info
- Confirm and submit your request
