Secret word: Is a word that will be received via a text message to your cell phone registered with your bank.

Reference Number: Is a number that will be received via email previously registered with your bank.

During registration, it will be necessary to create a password and a secret word, for security reasons the following rules must be followed:

Password requirements:

• 8 to 32 alphanumerical characters (A-Z, a-z, 0-9)
• At least one lower case letter
• At least one upper case letter
• At least one number
• Does not contain your username
• No special characters (% ! $ or &) are accepted

Secret word requirements:

• 12 to 32 alphanumerical characters
• Only the characters A-Z, a-z, 0-9 are accepted
• At least one number and one letter are required
• No special characters (% ! $ or &) or spaces are accepted
• Does not contain your username
