How do I provide feedback and report issues about the new Scotia online wealth experience?

You can offer feedback in a few ways:

  1. In the profile menu on top-right corner of every page, there's a link to Help us improve
  2. When you switch back to classic Scotia online experience, you'll be prompted to complete an optional survey to provide feedback

To help us resolve issues efficiently and improve the experience, please provide as much detail as possible in your feedback:

  • If you were having trouble locating information, what were you looking for and how did you expect to find it?
  • Are there any missing functions you'd like to see in the future?
  • Is navigation between the new features and pages seamless, and is everything working smoothly?
  • Is the information presented accurately?
  • If you encountered a problem, where in the experience did it happen?
  • What parts of the new experience did you find most valuable?
  • Any other details that might help us investigate the issue (for example: what were you trying to do and what happened?)
