How do I leave a user with a fixed IP in ScotiaConnect?
To assign a fixed IP to the user’s computer, log in to ScotiaConnect using the following link:

- Log in with user, password and assigned Token.
- Once you have successfully logged in, you will see the ScotiaConnect home page; select the "Admin" option on the top right hand side.
- On the next screen, you will be in Customer Admin; select the Administrator option, and you will have access to the following options:
- Users
- User group
- Company
- Select the "Usuarios" (Users) option from the dropdown menu.
- Select the user whose privileges you want to change. You can view and modify the user's information.
- In the "Permisos especiales" (Special privileges) tab, you can assign a fixed IP to the user.
