How do I leave a user with a fixed IP in ScotiaConnect?

To assign a fixed IP to the user’s computer, log in to ScotiaConnect using the following link:

  1. Log in with user, password and assigned Token.
  2. Once you have successfully logged in, you will see the ScotiaConnect home page; select the "Admin" option on the top right hand side.
  3. On the next screen, you will be in Customer Admin; select the Administrator option, and you will have access to the following options:
  • Users
  • User group
  • Company
  1. Select the "Usuarios" (Users) option from the dropdown menu.
  2. Select the user whose privileges you want to change. You can view and modify the user's information.
  3. In the "Permisos especiales" (Special privileges) tab, you can assign a fixed IP to the user.
