How do I change my statement delivery method?
To change your document delivery preferences:
- Select the profile menu, then Profile and settings
- On the Profile and settings page, select Settings
- Go to Communication, then select iTRADE and Wealth Management document delivery, then Manage
- The Scotia Wealth Management and Scotia iTRADE Document Delivery page lists the statement types you receive and the delivery method
- Choose the document you wish to access and select Set preference
Note: Document delivery changes are applied to the current month. If you update a delivery method after 5 pm ET on the last business day of the month, then the changes will take effect the following month.
