How do I change my statement delivery method?

To change your document delivery preferences:

  1. Select the profile menu, then Profile and settings
  2. On the Profile and settings page, select Settings
  3. Go to Communication, then select iTRADE and Wealth Management document delivery, then Manage
  4. The Scotia Wealth Management and Scotia iTRADE Document Delivery page lists the statement types you receive and the delivery method
  5. Choose the document you wish to access and select Set preference

Note: Document delivery changes are applied to the current month. If you update a delivery method after 5 pm ET on the last business day of the month, then the changes will take effect the following month.
