How do I cancel an Interac e-Transfer?

You can cancel an Interac e-Transfer if it hasn't already been deposited into the contact’s account. If the person you're sending your e-Transfer to has autodeposit, however, it's not possible to cancel the transfer.
To cancel the transfer:
- From your Accounts page, select Move money
 - Select Interac e-Transfer
 - Select Transfer history from the Transfer menu
 - Find the transaction you want to cancel in the Pending section
 - Select the arrow to access details
 - Select Cancel Transfer
