How do I add a user to a group in ScotiaConnect?

To add a user to a group, log in to ScotiaConnect using the following link: https://ccop-u.scointnet.net/?countryId=CO

  1. Log in with user, password and assigned Token.
  2. Once you have successfully logged in, you will see the ScotiaConnect home page; select the "Admin" option on the top right hand side.
  3. On the next screen, you will be in Customer Admin; select the Administrator option, and you will have access to the following options:
  • Users
  • User group
  • Company
  1. Select the "Usuarios" (Users) option from the dropdown menu.
  2. Select the group to which you want to add a user. You will be able to view and change group information.
