How can I unlock a locked card?

The process for locking and unlocking a credit account is the same for both credit cards and lines of credit:
- Select the card you want to lock or unlock from the account summary screen
- Select Account settings under the Manage menu
- Select Account management and select the Lock or unlock card toggle to lock or unlock the account
If the credit account has multiple cards associated with it, the lock/unlock feature will lead to a separate page where you can lock or unlock each individual card.
Note: if you lock a card, all new transactions on that card will be paused. Contact Scotiabank as soon as possible if your card is lost or stolen.
