How can I add a nickname for a payee in my bill payments?
You’ll need to delete and re-add a payee to nickname it.
To add a nickname for a bill payee:
- Select Move money from the navigation bar
 - Select Pay bills
 - Select the Manage payees tab
 - Select the trashcan icon next to the payee
 - Select Delete to confirm
 - Select Add payee and follow the prompts
 - When you enter the account number, enter the nickname you choose
 - Select Add payee to confirm
