To ensure EFT payments settle on the preferred due date, submit payment instructions by the following cut-off times:

• For a payable (i.e., crediting a recipient), submit by 7:00pm E.T the business day before the due date.
• For a receivable (i.e., debiting a recipient), submit by 7:00pm E.T. the same business day as the due date.
