How do I make cross-currency transfers to or from brokerage accounts?

You can make cross-currency transfers to or from brokerage accounts on Scotia OnLine using a two-step-transaction process as follows:

To transfer funds from your CAD bank account to the USD side of your brokerage account: First transfer funds from the CAD bank account to the USD bank account. Then perform another transfer from the USD bank account to the USD side of the brokerage account.

To transfer funds from your USD bank account to the CAD side of your brokerage account: First transfer funds from the USD bank account to your CAD bank account. Then perform another transfer from the CAD bank account to the CAD side of the brokerage account.

To transfer funds from the CAD side of your brokerage account to your USD bank account: First transfer funds from the CAD side of the brokerage account to your CAD bank account. Then perform another transfer from the CAD bank account to the USD bank account.

__To transfer funds from the USD side of your brokerage account to your CAD bank account: __First transfer funds from the USD side of the brokerage account to your USD bank account. Then perform another transfer from the USD bank account to the CAD bank account.
