Can I still use security questions to verify my identity when signing in to online or mobile banking?

After October 31, 2024, we’ll stop using security questions to verify your identity when you sign in.

Instead, we’ll send a verification code to your phone number if we need to confirm it’s you trying to access or make changes to your account.

This way of verifying your identity is more secure and helps keep your account safe.
