Can I opt out of receiving balance alerts? If so, how?

To unsubscribe from InfoAlerts, including to opt out of balance alerts:

  1. From the app's home screen, select More
  2. Select Profile and settings
  3. Select Manage notifications
  4. To unsubscribe from all alerts, scroll down and select Unsubscribe from InfoAlerts
