You can opt out of receiving Balance Alerts at any time through Scotia OnLine or the mobile app. You can opt-back in through these same channels.

To unsubscribe from InfoAlerts, including to opt out of Balance Alerts:

Mobile

1. Sign into the Scotia mobile app.
2. Go to More
3. Select Profile and Settings
4. Select Manage Notifications (to unsubscribe from all alerts scroll down and click on “Unsubscribe from InfoAlerts”)

Web

1. Sign into online banking
2. Go to Manage My Accounts
3. Select Alerts
4. Select Continue (to unsubscribe from all alerts scroll down and click on “Unsubscribe from InfoAlerts”)
