You may receive Scotia Fraud Alerts by push notification, text, email, or phone call, depending on the contact information you have provided to Scotiabank.

The push notification, text message, or phone call allows you to immediately resolve the alert if the purchase is authorized.

The email notifies you of the alert, but you must reply to the text message we sent you or call the phone number in the email to let us know if the transaction is valid.
