How do I cancel or reschedule my Scotiabank appointment?

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, you can use the Manage appointment link in the confirmation email that was sent to you.

If you’re a Scotiabank customer, you can also cancel or reschedule your appointment using the app:

  1. From the app’s Home screen, tap More
  2. Tap Contact us
  3. Tap Book an appointment and follow the instructions to manage your appointment
