How can I get a replacement debit card?

To request a replacement debit card in the app:

  1. From the home screen, select your chequing account
  2. Select Manage
  3. Select Replace damaged or lost card

You can choose to replace a card that’s damaged and needs to be replaced, or one that’s been lost or stolen.

If you’re replacing a damaged card, you can continue using your current card and mobile wallet until the replacement is activated.

If you’re reporting and replacing a lost or stolen card, your physical card will be cancelled but you can keep using your mobile wallet if it's already set up.
