Why can't I see my TransUnion Credit Score?

If you’re not seeing your credit score, first check to see if you’re registered for the service:

  1. From the app’s home screen, select More
  2. Select Profile and settings
  3. Select Manage credit score settings

If you're registered for TransUnion and still can't view your score through our online banking service or mobile banking app, please call TransUnion at 1-844-580-9978.

TransUnion Credit Score is currently only available to our personal Scotiabank customers, not our small business or commercial customers.
