Why can't I see my TransUnion credit score?

If you’re not seeing your credit score, first check to see if you’re registered for the service:
- From the app’s home screen, select More
- Select Profile and settings
- Select Manage credit score settings
If you're registered for TransUnion and still can't view your score through our online banking service or mobile banking app, please call TransUnion at 1-844-580-9978.
TransUnion credit score is currently only available to our personal Scotiabank customers, not our small business or commercial customers.
