Why can’t I deposit my Cash Back into some accounts?
You might have accounts that aren’t eligible for you to deposit your Cash Back balance.
For example, if you have a credit card account with you and another co-borrower, you won’t be able to redeem the Cash Back into a non-joint bank account, such as a sole chequing account or operating account.
Alternatively, if you’re the only primary borrower of your credit card account, you won’t be able to redeem the Cash Back into a joint account, such as a joint chequing account or operating account that you have with another accountholder.
If you have a Cash Back redemption in progress, it may take approximately 1 to 2 business days before we can process a redemption to a different account.
