What is the Scotia iTRADE app?
The new Scotia iTRADE app will soon replace the original Scotia iTRADE app as Scotia’s primary trading mobile application.
The redesigned Scotia iTRADE app is more user friendly and accessible with optimized performance and is part of our focus on improving direct investing experience for all clients, across our platforms.
Clients can search Scotia iTRADE in iOS and Android app stores to download the new mobile app.
Note: Most features that were available in the original app will be available in the new app. Scotia iTRADE will continue to update and improve the app through regular releases.
Functions that are not yet available in the new app, such as eDocuments, can be accessed through Scotia online banking.
For optimal experience, it is important for clients to regularly update their app to ensure they receive the benefits of future releases.
Users can offer feedback within the app in a few ways:
- In the Portfolio and Menu screens, there is a link to Send us feedback
- After certain transactions, you will be prompted to complete an optional survey to provide feedback
