What happens if I pay off my current balance in the mobile app or balance owing on Scotia OnLine?
If you decide to pay off the current balance or balance owing while you have active installment plans, this will result in a credit balance on your eligible account in the amount of your outstanding installment balance.
This is because the current balance includes future installment payments under your installment plan(s) that are not yet due on the installment plan(s).
You can refer to your current statement for your current installment payment due and outstanding installment balance not yet due on your installment plan(s).
