What happens if a credit or refund is applied to a purchase that I converted it into a Scotia SelectPay Installment Plan?
If you receive a credit, refund, or other reduction for the amount of an eligible purchase that you converted to an installment plan, the credit amount is applied to the balance on your account and not directly to the amount of the installment plan.
Your installment plan will not be cancelled.
See the Vouchers section in the Installment Plan Terms and Conditions for more information on how we apply payments.
