What do I do if I have questions about what I see on my statements or in transactions?

  2. If you haven’t yet activated your account for online and mobile banking, visit the Activate Now page of our website to get started.
  3. Click and accept our Digital Access Agreement to review our terms and services. By accepting our agreement, you can begin the process of setting up online access to your Scotia accounts. If you do not accept, you will not be able to continue.
