How soon after I set up Scotia InfoAlerts will I start receiving notifications?
The first time that you set up one or more alerts you should receive an introductory email, text message, or both within the hour. But it may take up to 24 hours before the alerts that you requested go into effect. Balance alerts arrive daily, however overdraft alerts only arrive if your account goes into overdraft.
Can I change the amount at which I’d like to receive Balance Alerts? For example, instead of $100 can I receive them at $250?
Can I opt out of receiving Balance Alerts? If so, how?
