If you've changed your first name and visited a branch to update the information we have on file for you, you can update your name on InfoAlerts by unsubscribing and re-subscribing to the alerts.

To update your name on InfoAlerts:

1. From the app’s home screen, select More
2. Select Profile and settings
3. Select Notifications and then Manage notifications
4. Scroll to Alert settings and select Unsubscribe to unsubscribe from all InfoAlerts
5. Select the InfoAlerts you'd like to re-subscribe to and select Save
