How do I update my address?

This feature isn't available in the app.
You can update your profile and account mailing addresses online:
- Sign in to online banking
- From the profile menu, select Profile and settings
- In the Profile card, select Manage
- On the profile page, select Manage next to the profile you’re looking to change (business and personal will show up separately if you have both)
- Select Go to classic ScotiaOnLine
- Next to Mailing addresses for accounts, select Update to edit your mailing address and select the accounts you want the changes applied to
To update an international, mutual fund, or joint account address, please visit a branch.
