How do I request a stop payment?

To request a stop payment:
- From the app’s home screen, select your chequing account
- Select Manage
- Select Transfers and payments
- Select Request a stop payment
- Select the type of payment (PAD or cheque)
- Select the account the payment is coming from
- Enter the cheque or merchant info
- Confirm and submit your request
