How do I request a stop payment?

To request a stop payment:

  1. From the app’s home screen, select your chequing account
  2. Select Manage
  3. Select Transfers and payments
  4. Select Request a stop payment
  5. Select the type of payment (PAD or cheque)
  6. Select the account the payment is coming from
  7. Enter the cheque or merchant info
  8. Confirm and submit your request
