When you sign in to the app, you can choose the Remember me option. When it’s on, this feature saves your card on the device you’re using so that you don't need to type it in each time you log in.

If you get a new ScotiaCard with a new 16-dight number, or change your username, you can remove the previous saved card number or username. The steps depend on the type of device you have.

For iPhone/iPad/iOS:

1. Select the saved card number or username
2. On the next screen, select the Edit button
3. Select the red X next to the card number or username you want to remove
4. Select Delete
5. Now you can sign in with and save your new username or card number

For Android devices:

1. Select the saved card number or username
2. On the next screen, select the pencil icon in the top-right corner of the app
3. Select the card number or username you want to remove
4. Select the trash bin icon in the top right corner
5. When asked to confirm, select Remove
6. Now you can sign in with and save your new username or card number
