To join a virtual appointment in the app:

1. Log in up to 5 minutes before your appointment time
2. You’ll receive a prompt to Join your virtual appointment
3. Select the prompt to join

Tip: Make sure you have the latest version of the mobile app installed for the best experience.

You can also find the link to join where you manage appointments:

1. From the home screen, select More, then select Contact us
2. Select Book or manage an appointment
3. You’ll see your appointment details along with an option to Join at the time of your appointment
