How do I check the status of my insurance application?

If you've applied online, you will receive notification of your status within 48 hours in your Communications Centre:

  1. Sign in to online banking
  2. From your Accounts page, select Communications Centre

Upon approval of your application, you will receive a Certificate of Insurance within two weeks of your application.
