How do I change or reset my password?

Whether you’re locked out of your account or just want to change your password, the following steps will help.

If you forgot your password, you’ll need to reset it:

  1. From the app’s sign in screen, select Need help signing in? (iOS) or Forgot your username or password? (Android)
  2. Select I forgot my password
  3. Enter your username or card number
  4. Select Continue
  5. Answer the personal security questions
  6. Select Continue
  7. Create a new password that follows the requirements listed
  8. Select Continue

If you know your password and just want to change it:

  1. Sign in to the app and select More on the home screen
  2. Select Privacy and security
  3. Select Update your password
  4. Enter your current password
  5. Create a new password that follows the outlined password requirements
  6. Select Update password
  7. Select Finish
