How do I cancel an Interac e-Transfer?

You can cancel an Interac e-Transfer if it hasn't already been deposited into the contact’s account. If the person you're sending your e-Transfer to has Autodeposit, however, it's not possible to cancel the transfer.
To cancel the transfer:
- From the app’s Home screen, tap Move money
- Tap Interac e-Transfer
- Tap Manage to view your pending Interac e-Transfers
- Select the transaction you want to cancel and tap Cancel this transfer
