How do I cancel an Interac e-Transfer?

You can cancel an Interac e-Transfer if it hasn't already been deposited into the contact’s account.

To cancel the transfer:

  1. From the app’s Home screen, tap Move money
  2. Tap Interac e-Transfer
  3. Tap Manage to view your pending Interac e-Transfers
  4. Select the transaction you want to cancel and tap Cancel this transfer
