You can unlock your Visa or American Express in our app:

1. Select My accounts, then your credit card account
2. Select Manage
3. Under Settings, select Lock or unlock card

If your chequing account, savings accounts, debit card, or Mastercard is locked, or you can't unlock your card on the app, please call us at 1-800-472-6842 or visit one of our branches.
