How can I get a replacement debit card?

This feature isn't available in the app. To replace or change your debit card online:

  1. Sign in to online banking
  2. From your Accounts page, select Manage My Accounts
  3. Select Profile
  4. Select Replace or change ScotiaCard

If you've lost your card, you can connect with a live chat agent to report it. To connect with the chatbot in the app:

  1. From the app's home page, select More
  2. Select Contact us
  3. Select Connect with Scotia chat
