How can I get a replacement debit card?

This feature isn't available in the app. To replace or change your debit card online:
- Sign in to online banking
- From your Accounts page, select Manage My Accounts
- Select Profile
- Select Replace or change ScotiaCard
If you've lost your card, you can connect with a live chat agent to report it. To connect with the chatbot in the app:
- From the app's home page, select More
- Select Contact us
- Select Connect with Scotia chat
