To request a replacement debit card in the app:
- From the home screen, select your chequing account
- Select Manage
- Select Replace or change card
If your card was lost or stolen, live chat advisors can support. Connect with Scotia chat, type in “replace card”, and follow the prompts to connect with an advisor daily between 8 am and 10 pm ET.
