Once you order a replacement card, it should arrive in approximately 7 to 10 business days. If you don’t receive your card in that time, please call us at the numbers listed above.
Keep in mind that you must be the primary cardholder or co-borrower on the account to request a new card. If you’re a supplementary cardholder, the primary cardholder or co-borrower must make this request for you. You’ll know if you’re a primary cardholder or co-borrower if your name appears on the account statement.
