You can use Interac Flash (tap) to pay for small, everyday purchases if your ScotiaCard displays the contactless symbol. If your ScotiaCard does not have the contactless symbol and you want Interac Flash, you can request a new ScotiaCard with that feature online:

1. Sign in to online banking
2. Go to Manage My Accounts
3. Select Change or Replace ScotiaCard and select the type of ScotiaCard you wish to replace
